Sofi Flakes Return Policy

 Returns Accepted: Within 14 days of delivery

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return Shipping: Free — we'll provide a prepaid return label.

Restocking Fee: None — your refund will be for the full product cost.

Final Sale Items: No — all items are eligible for return unless clearly marked otherwise.

How to Return: Contact us at sofiflakes@gnmail.com to request a return. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.

Attach the prepaid return label we provide. Drop off at your nearest parcel point.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refunds include the product price only (shipping costs are non-refundable).

 Want to swap for a different size or colour? It's fastest to place a new order and return the original item for a full refund.
